Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays).

* Shipping time begins once the package has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, and customs procedures.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes (e.g., VAT), or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Selvanor assumes no liability for such additional fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Undeliverable Shipments / Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Option 1: We will reship the package for an additional shipping fee.
Option 2: You will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs paid.
