Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns and Refunds)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Sale items

  • Digital products and downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page


2. How to Make a Return

Within 14 days of delivery, please send an email to support@selvanor.com including:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • A brief reason (to help us improve our service)

We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Please send the items back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.


3. Inspection & Refund

Once received, returns will be inspected within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times by your bank may take 3–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on the part of Selvanor.

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned outside the 14-day window may be rejected or refunded as store credit only.


4. Exchanges

Since our inventory changes quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@selvanor.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
